Nes develops and delivers yoga and mindfulness classes, workshops and programmes to suit the needs of people from all backgrounds, ages, body shapes and abilities. Nes shares a holistic, breath led, practice for a healthy mind and body that can bring peacefulness and a real sense of connection and belonging. 
Nes works with individuals, groups, families, schools, organisations and charities.
