Summer Yoga!

Tuesdays 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August, 6.45 - 8.15pm

A four week block through August with a focus on the qualities of the sun and taking some practice onto the decking and grass outside Skelsmergh Hall (in good weather).

Mindful movement, breathing techniques, mantra and meditation.

Find peace and strength in beautiful surroundings.
