Get ready to spring into Spring.
Many people use this time of year to get rid of what they don't need, to sweep out the old and prepare for brighter days with some Spring cleaning. This session will do exactly that for your body and mind. The practice will include poses and practices to help detoxify and cleanse the body as well as to let go of anything that isn't serving us.
We will spend the afternoon deepening our practice together, incorporating movement, pranayama, mindfulness, yoga nidra and lots of relaxation and restorative yoga.
The workshop begins at 2.15pm and finishes at 4.45pm, there will be lovely herbal teas and vegan cake to finish the practice. Skelsmergh Community Hall is a beautiful place to practice with its underfloor heating and gorgeous views out to rolling countryside. There is ample parking outside the building.
