Nes Bear shares a yoga practice which helps to reintegrate body, breath and mind. to develop strength and ease in the body and relieve stress and tension. Suitable for all abilities, ages, backgrounds and bodies.
A perfect way to end the Summer holidays and find some rest and relaxation before autumn. We will spend the morning deepening our practice together, incorporating movement, pranayama, mindfulness, yoga nidra and lots of relaxation and restorative yoga.
The session begins at 10.15am and finishes at 12.45pm, there will be lovely herbal teas and vegan cake to finish the practice. Skelsmergh Community Hall is a beautiful place to practice with its underfloor heating and gorgeous views out to rolling countryside. There is ample parking outside the building.
