Yoga for organisations and charities

We offer a wide range of yoga programmes to organisations and charities and ensure that every session is tailored to the needs of the participants. Nes has experience of working with homeless groups, elderly people in nursing homes, people with mental health issues, people with autism and PMLD and people that have experienced trauma, stress and anxiety.  We work with people of all ages, backgrounds, body shapes and abilities.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a great option for your service users that find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. It is also a great option if you struggle for time and space in your office/ centre.

Mat Based Yoga 

Our most popular program brings yoga classes right into your organisation. Nes shares a blend of yoga and mindfulness, and for organisations supporting children sessions will also include story telling and music, while instilling positive values such as self care and community.

Mental health, stress and anxiety

We offer programmes with a specific focus on somatic strategies to cope with stress, anxiety and trauma to enable participants to learn how to self-care, to build a loving and trusting relationship with oneself and others, and to reestablish ways to find peace in themselves.  Sessions often include grounding, breathing practices, meditation, movement, mindfulness and sound and are tailored to the participants' needs.

Yoga classes for staff

Treat your staff to some self care. We know that working in the voluntary sector can be physically and emotionally tiring. Our yoga classes for staff will include poses to feel invigorated and empowered as well as time to fully relax and let go of the day. We offer gentle yoga, chair yoga, mindfulness meditation, relaxation, yoga nidra and more. We custom tailor these classes to the experience level and needs of your staff. 


Pricing and funding

Pricing: £40 p/h for one session. Free 30 minute consultation with first session. 

£140 for 4 (1 hour) sessions. By the end of 4 sessions you will have a solid home practice that you will feel confident doing on your own.

We know that many charities and voluntary sector organisations are struggling financially. If the cost of the sessions can't be met in your current budget please get in touch so that we can see how we can help. In the past we have secured funding for programmes or been able to offer a greater discount where organisations have booked regular sessions. Also, if you would rather set up sessions so that your service users pay for sessions themselves we are happy to help set that up and to offer sessions at a concessionary rate.
