Booking policy

Payment in advance by BACS transfer or cheque is required in advance of attending sessions in order to secure your booking. At request, spreading payments over an agreed time frame is fine. It is also essential that the registration medical form is completed at least 48 hours before the session.

Classes may be cancelled due to teacher ill health or issues relating to the venue. In this instance you will be contacted using the methods you have given in the registration form with as much notice as possible. Where it is possible the session will be rescheduled. When a session has to be cancelled we will contact you to see if you prefer a refund or to attend a rescheduled event/class.

Additional info for Nurture in Nature & Silva Sisters Sessions:

The sessions will go ahead in most weather conditions, however in high winds the woodlands we use close the area for safety. Please check your emails in the morning before you leave in case of this. When a session has to be cancelled we will contact you to see if you prefer a refund or to use the ticket for a rescheduled event.

If the event goes ahead in adverse weather (e.g. rain or snow), we don’t offer a refund; we feel that lots of cosy layers and a campfire should keep us cosy and happy. We only cancel if the winds are above 25mph or there is a combination of extreme cold and high wind or freezing rain.

Ticket holders may cancel and receive a full refund up to four weeks before an event. After that, if you cannot make the event we suggest you can give it to a friend. This is because we are a small company and we have to pay all of our staff regardless of cancellations, our margins are low as we want to keep prices low and affordable.

Please email to arrange a name change for a ticket and so that I can get the health details of the new attendee.

Any personal information, stored on paper, relating to adults or children attending sessions will be destroyed after they have finished their attendance. Emails provided for booking purposes will not be automatically added to our mailing list, you will need to subscribe to our list to receive regular news and updates.

Whilst we respect privacy of individuals we do take photographs and sometimes short video clips during the woodland sessions which we like to use to help encourage others to come along. These used for marketing purposes or shared onto our Facebook page through our booking form (we never sell photos to third parties). By agreeing to the terms and conditions on your registration form you agree to this. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed please let us know. We are very happy to facilitate this.

We have policies and procedures related to safeguarding for both clients and staff, which we can provide for you to read on request.
